To apply for a USA visa, applicants must submit a valid passport with a minimum of six months validity beyond the intended stay, along with the DS-160 confirmation page. A recent passport-sized photograph meeting U.S. visa photo guidelines is required, as well as the visa fee payment receipt. Applicants must carry their appointment confirmation letter and provide supporting documents such as proof of employment or business, financial statements to demonstrate sufficient funds, travel itinerary, and any previous passports. Depending on the visa category, additional documents—such as invitation letters, sponsorship proofs, or academic records—may also be required. Ensuring all documents are accurate and complete helps avoid delays and ensures a smooth visa application process.
