By booking a trip with HapiGo , you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your holiday.


1. Booking & Payments

  •    A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
  • The balance payment must be completed before the travel start date, as communicated in the booking confirmation.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, cards, or other approved methods.

2. Pricing & Inclusions

  • Prices are quoted in INR (₹) unless otherwise specified.

  • Inclusions and exclusions will be clearly mentioned in the package shared.

  • Any additional services requested (extra meals, optional tours, upgrades) will incur extra charges.

  • Prices may vary due to airfare changes, currency fluctuations, hotel surcharges, or government taxes.


3. Flights & Transport

  • Flight timings and schedules are subject to airline policies. HapiGo  is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or missed connections caused by airlines or weather.

  • Airport transfers and sightseeing transport will be as per itinerary unless additional services are booked.


4. Hotels & Accommodation

  • Hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.

  • In case of unavailability, similar category accommodation will be provided.

  • Standard check-in and check-out times apply unless otherwise mentioned.


5. Visas & Documentation (For International Travel)

  • Travelers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, and other necessary documents.

  • HapiGo Holidays provides visa assistance but approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.

  • Failure to obtain a visa does not entitle a traveler to a refund beyond the cancellation policy.


6. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended for international trips to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost baggage.

  • HapiGo  can assist in arranging suitable travel insurance.


7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email/letter).

  • Refunds are subject to hotel, airline, and service provider policies.

  • Typical cancellation charges:

    • 30+ days before travel: minimal service fee

    • 15–29 days: up to 50% of package cost

    • 0–14 days / no-show: non-refundable

  • Certain bookings (e.g., flights, peak-season hotels, visas) may be completely non-refundable.


8.Responsibilities & Liabilities

  • HapiGo acts as an intermediary between travelers and airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other suppliers.

  • We are not liable for delays, accidents, natural calamities, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • We ensure that every service provider is reliable, but final responsibility lies with the traveler to follow safety guidelines.


9. Health & Safety

  • Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation.

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to follow local laws, COVID-19 regulations, and safety rules.


10. Amendments by HapiGo.in 

  • In rare cases, itineraries may be modified due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, political situations, supplier issues).

  • Alternative arrangements of equal or higher value will be provided.


11. Jurisdiction
